Ami Davis

Head of Volunteering and Participation Operations,
National Trust

Ami currently works for the National Trust as Head of Operations in the Volunteering, Participation and Inclusion team.  Her role is about shaping and delivering the enablers that will create the environment for people to connect, feel valued and make a difference.  Previous roles have been in the media sector including learning & development, change & transformation and operational roles focused on delivering innovation in service, culture and new technology.  Ami is also the Vice-Chair of Andrews Charitable Trust where she has been a trustee for four years tackling housing and poverty problems globally.
